Maintenance Wing&Tail Dock for A330 at Beijing Daxing Airport

Technical requirements for Maintenance Tail Dock:

1. Applicable models: suitable for maintenance of the horizontal stabilizer, APU and B767 rear doors of the A330/B767 series models.

2. Traction mode: tractor traction, maximum traction speed: 5Km/h

3. Lifting method: inner and outer sleeve type column lifting, single motor mechanical transmission, to ensure the synchronous lifting

of the four columns;

4. This set of flat tail docking platform is divided into left and right sides, namely flat tail platform (left) and flat tail platform (right).

5. In order to ensure that the flat tail platform can meet the different lifting conditions of the A330 and B767 models, the overall lifting

stroke of this set of flat tail platform is 1720mm, which is an increase of 220mm from the original design plan.

6. The bottom of the platform adopts the form of single-side live link connection, which not only ensures the traction stability of the

platform, but also saves the space at the bottom of the platform. The bottom is both passable and storage space.

7. Movable follow-up ladder, can change the angle as the platform rises and falls;

1. Equipped with sound and light warning system, two-level limit device, emergency stop device;

2. Anti-collision device, platform protection device, platform stabilization device;


Technical requirements for Maintenance Wing Dock:

1. Applicable models: suitable for maintenance of the wings of A330/B767 series models and wing-related parts, including leading

edge slats, wing tips, flaps, ailerons, etc.

2. Traction mode: tractor traction, maximum traction speed: 5Km/h

3. Lifting method: two-stage inner and outer sleeve type column lifting and double motor driving lifting

4. This set of large wing dock platform is divided into left and right sides, with 3 platforms on each side, namely large wing platform

A, large wing platform B and large wing platform C. In order to ensure that the large-wing platform can meet the different lifting

conditions of the A330 and B767 models, this large-wing platform has been upgraded to the column and transmission system to

greatly increase the lifting stroke of the platform. Among them, the lifting stroke of the large wing platform A is 1800mm, and the

lifting stroke of the large wing platform B and the large wing platform C is 2400mm.
