1. Equipment Overview
The hair washing cart is designed with two water tanks: TANK1 and TANK2. Liquid level gauges are installed outside the tanks for easy monitoring of the water level. The clean water tank is heated. The two tanks can be configured as a clean water tank and a detergent tank, respectively, depending on the application. Before use, the detergent tank is filled with specialized detergent, and the clean water tank is filled with rated purified soft water. This water is heated electrically to approximately 80°C, pressurized with compressed air, and sprayed through pipes onto the areas of the engine requiring cleaning.The hot water temperature, pressure, and flow rate can all be adjusted as required. The cart can be towed by a vehicle or moved manually. The equipment is simple to operate, convenient, and reliable.

2.2Working Principle:

Compressed gas (≤15 MPa) is decompressed to 0.7-0.8 MPa and passes through control valve 8, which determines whether to output clean water or detergent. The corresponding valve 3 or 14 is then opened, forcing the liquid inside the tank out under the action of the air pressure. The outlet pressure equals the input pressure, making it easy to adjust. For safety, safety valves are installed on each water tank and on the main line. The factory pressure setting is 116 Psi.
